雞腿肉 Chicken thigh—2片
高麗菜 Cabbage—80g
香菇 Shitake—3片
洋蔥 Onion—1/2個
青椒 Green pepper—1/2個
蒜頭 Garlic—2個
薑 Ginger—10g

[ 和風黑醋醬 ]
醬油 Soy sauce—1大匙
味噌 Miso—2小匙
清酒 Sake—1大匙
砂糖 Sugar—2小匙
黑醋 Black vinegar—1大匙
日式高湯 Dashi—150cc

太白粉 Potato starch—1大匙
水 Water—1大匙

蒸魚高麗菜胡麻味噌沾醬/蒸し白身魚とキャベツ胡麻味噌がけ
[2人份]
白身魚 White meat fish—2片
清酒 Sake—1大匙
鹽巴 Salt—1/4小匙
高麗菜 Cabbage—80g
紅蘿蔔 Carrot—30g
豆芽 Bean sprout—50g
清酒 Sake—3大匙

[胡麻味噌沾醬]
白芝麻粉 White sesame powder—5大匙
味噌 Miso—1大匙
味淋 Mirin—2大匙
醬油 Soy sauce—1.5大匙
美奶滋 Mayonnaise—3大匙
